ServicePac is a simple and cost-effective way to purchase support on your systems. ServicePac is offered in a range of fixed predefined Warranty Upgrade, Post Warranty and Remote Technical Support options. ServicePac are produced to meet a wide range of client support needs.

The ServicePac options include:

A range of 1, 2 ,3 ,4, or 5 years support packages which run from the date of system purchase
A range of different hours of coverage - from 9 x 5 to 24 x 7 cover. Our clients can chose the option which best meets the needs of their business.
A range of repair service levels - from Next Business Day to Same Business Day on-site.
