12 Days of Trust: Meet our Service Desk Manager On the fourth day of the Trust Christmas countdown, we give you an introduction to our Service Desk Manager, Rhys Thompson. Rhys joined us as a trainee in 2017 and with his continued hard work he became Service Desk Team Leader and took line management of a sub-team supporting client accounts in 2020 and has now recently been promoted to the role of Service Desk Manager.
