We are delighted to announce our new partnership with NVM Private Equity (NVM) to underpin the continued success and growth of Trust Systems. In partnership with NVM the board have agreed terms which will see the company structure develop over the next few years.
David Rolfe led the investment for NVM, with support from James Arrowsmith. Both David and James will join the Board. Ben Marnham has now been appointed as Chair and brings a wealth of experience in the sector having previously led and co-invested in the £50 million MBO of managed service provider Timico in 2017, where he also served as CEO for two years.
