Job Overview


As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth for Trust Systems. Leveraging previous SDR experience and success, your goal is to engage high-potential prospects, qualify leads, and generate meetings that convert into revenue.  Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing team to maximise demand generation and conversion to consistently hit and exceed targets that drive a qualified pipeline.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 12-24 months experience in a sales development role (B2B and Technology preferred)
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding targets and meeting quotas consistently
  • Understanding of qualification frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC to ensure the development of qualified pipeline
  • Skilled at understanding pain points for a prospect and leveraging a portfolio of solutions and services to develop qualified leads
  • Experienced with CRM and Sales automation tools such as HubSpot, Act, Apollo to maximise impact
  • Understanding of the funnel and development of prospects to consistently deliver a pipeline
  • A positive and energetic approach is required accompanied by the ability to pick concepts up quickly and independently in order to maximise prospecting
  • The ability to organise & prioritise your workload independently with the flexibility to easily adapt to change
  • Excellent, communication and listening skills
  • Desire to progress career
  • To demonstrate an understanding of Trust Systems ISO certifications and the obligations within this role
